Andrew is a litigator who works on business law and litigation matters. Andrew represents both individuals and companies in a wide variety of issues including contract drafting, contractual disputes, business incorporation, and landlord-tenant disputes.
Andrew uses his litigation experience and in-depth knowledge to thoroughly evaluate cases and craft the most pragmatic and effective strategies possible so that both individuals and companies understand their legal obligations in response to each case. Whether through a settlement, trial, or appeal, Andrew is committed to tenaciously advocating for his clients and working tirelessly toward a favorable outcome.
Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in political science, with an emphasis in Public Administration from Lake Superior State University. While at Lake Superior State University, Andrew was a member of the club lacrosse team and club hockey team. Upon graduating from Lake Superior State University, Andrew worked in government relations and public service, including the Michigan House of Representatives and the United States Senate.
Andrew earned his JD from Lewis and Clark Law School. While at Lewis and Clark, Andrew was a member of the international legal honor society. Before joining the Southwest Portland Law Group, Andrew gained valuable experience working for a state circuit court judge and a federal bankruptcy court judge .
