Lea Achim
Associate Attorney
Experience/ Background
Lea specializes in landlord-tenant law (landlord only). She is a meticulous attorney committed to working closely with her clients to ensure their goals and needs are met. She believes effective communication and an open mind are key to achieving the best result(s).
Before joining the Southwest Portland Law Group, Lea represented tenants against evictions at trial and in negotiations. From this, she realized the struggles that both tenants and landlords endure during the FED process, including the emotional stressors, and the stress of navigating technical laws. This realization led to Lea’s decision to represent landlords only; however, her experience representing tenants has shaped her overall goals for her clients. That is, she wants to help clients plan well and to be well-informed, so they can be well-protected.
